Reset the breaker. Replace the fuse. Swap the outlet. It works again, everyone goes home, and the fault is still sitting in the wall doing exactly what it was doing before. It comes back, usually worse, and usually at a less convenient time.

No. A breaker that trips repeatedly is protecting you from something, and resetting it over and over means repeatedly re energising a fault. If it trips instantly every time, stop resetting it and leave it off until someone has looked. If it trips occasionally and resets normally, it is less urgent but still worth diagnosing.
